How It Works:
The Training Club is a group training programme for working musicians, built around the principles and methodology of Performance Conditioning.
1. Take the assessment
When you join the waitlist, you will take the Performance Conditioning quiz and benchmark your current physical conditioning so you can find out your next steps regardless of whether you join the founding group.
2. Join the waitlist
Hold tight and wait for the group to launch.
3. Secure your spot
Once the group launches, you'll be able to secure your place (but be quick as spaces are capped and there will be more demand than availbable slots!)

Periodised programming through the Performance Conditioning App
A new four-week training block every month with three programme tracks (Home, Gym, Tour) to choose from.
Two monthly group coaching calls on Zoom
Every training block starts with a live briefing where we walk through the programme and get you set up for success. Each block ends with a debrief - we revisit the month, address questions, and review training videos shared by members for group feedback and learning.
A WhatsApp community of working musicians
Peer accountability and a direct line to Chris when you have questions. This is one of the most valuable parts of Chris' 1:1 coaching, now adapted for the Training Club "hive mind".
